You can read the pages, download public information for your own use, and write to us through the contact form. We do not ask you for an account and you do not need one: the site has no registration, no sign-in and no private area.

Please do not: attempt unauthorised access to our infrastructure, scrape the content at scale, send automated, advertising or unlawful messages through the form, or use the site in a way that degrades it for others.

The texts, images, logo, design elements and structure of the site belong to us or are used by us with permission. You may quote them with the source indicated and a link to the original page.

You may not take them wholesale, republish them or use them commercially without our written agreement. For a request of that kind, write to us — the answer is usually yes.

Service descriptions, examples, indicative timelines and displayed prices are informative. They do not constitute an offer in the legal sense and do not bind us to a particular outcome.

A binding offer is sent to you in writing, addressed to you, after we discuss what you need. That is the one that counts.

When you write to us you send us the data you fill in. What we do with it is described in the Privacy Policy; what your browser keeps, in the Cookie Policy.

Please do not send sensitive data or third parties' confidential documents through the form. If the conversation goes there, we agree a suitable channel first.

The site contains links to other sites, including to our application at app.miridar.com and to social networks. For sites that are not ours we do not control the content and are not responsible for it; their own terms and policies apply there.

We try to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or for reasons outside our control.

We may change, move or withdraw pages and sections at any time, without prior notice. The legal documents are the exception: there we publish the version and date, and old versions stay accessible.

The site is made available as it is. We check the information we publish, but we are not liable for business decisions taken solely on the basis of it, without a conversation with us.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova.

If a disagreement arises, please write to us first: it is almost always resolved there. If not, the competent courts are those of our registered office in Chișinău.
