This Policy is about the marketing site miridar.md: what data we process when you visit it or write to us through it, on what basis, how long we keep it, and what you can ask of us.
The services you may contract afterwards — recruitment, HR outsourcing, the MiriDar HR app — have their own contractual documents. Here we are only talking about the site.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller is MIRIDAR SOLUTIONS S.R.L., IDNO 1025600025490, registered at Strada Mihai Viteazul 4, MD-2004, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
You can write to office{'@'}miridar.md or call +373 683 09049. For any request about your data, use the same address — no particular wording is required.
2. What data we process
Through this site we process two categories, and it is useful to see them apart:
Data you actively give us. When you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, company and message. The form is the only place on the site where you deliberately send us data about yourself.
Technical data generated by the visit. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the referring page. If you enabled traffic analysis, these reach Google Analytics in aggregate form with the IP anonymised. If you did not, they are not collected for analysis.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive data through this site: health, beliefs, trade union membership. If you send it spontaneously through the form, we delete it.
3. Purposes and legal bases

Where the basis is consent, withdrawing it is exactly as easy as giving it: the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of any page. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it.
4. The contact form
On the /contact page the form is hosted on our own infrastructure, at app.miridar.com. What you fill in reaches us directly.
If that form fails to load, the page shows a fallback form which opens your own email client with the message prepared. In that case the message travels through your email provider, not through our site, before reaching us — so that provider's policy applies too.
What we do not do with what you write. We do not send you marketing because you once wrote to us. We do not sell or rent the data. We do not use it for advertising profiling.
5. Cookies and local storage
What is kept in your browser, for how long and who sets it is described row by row in a separate document: the Cookie Policy. The full inventory, verified against the real site, is there.
The essentials, here: no analytics script and no contact window loads before you choose, and on withdrawal we actually delete the analytics cookies rather than merely stopping the script.
6. Who we disclose data to
We do not sell data and do not make it public. It is seen only by:
- our staff and contractors who need it in order to reply to you;
- Google Ireland Limited — for Google Analytics, and only if you enabled traffic analysis. If you did not, Google receives nothing from this site;
- Amplica (
amplica.md) — the provider hosting this site; by the nature of hosting it has technical access to what is stored on the server, including the access logs; - our application infrastructure, at
app.miridar.com, where messages sent through the contact form arrive; - the authorities, where we have a legal obligation and within the limits of that obligation.
7. Where the data is, and international transfers
Google Analytics involves a transfer to Google's infrastructure, which may include servers outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Union. Google states that it uses the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
This transfer happens only if you consented to traffic analysis. If you did not, visiting the site produces no international transfer at all: the fonts are hosted on our own servers and the page requests nothing from third parties.
8. How long we keep data

If you ask us to delete sooner, we do, except for what the law obliges us to keep.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, and access to the messages we receive is limited to the people who need them.
We do not promise measures here that we do not have. If an incident occurs that puts your data at risk, we inform you and notify the authority, within the deadlines the law sets.
10. Your rights
Under Law no. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data, you have the right:
- to find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- to have inaccurate data corrected;
- to ask for its deletion;
- to ask for processing to be restricted;
- to object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- to receive the data in a structured format so you can move it;
- to withdraw your consent, at any time, without explaining why.
Write to office{'@'}miridar.md. We answer within 30 days at most. If the request is complex and we need longer, we tell you so within those 30 days, together with the reason.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may address the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.
11. Data about minors
The site is addressed to companies and professionals, not to children. We do not knowingly collect data about people under 16. If you learn that a minor has sent us data through the form, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We publish the version and effective date at the head of the document, and previous versions stay accessible and unchanged.
If a change materially affects your situation — a new purpose, a new recipient — we do not rely on you having re-read the page: we ask for your consent again wherever consent is the basis.
